Prevoty is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team to provide outstanding technical support.   As an essential part of the team, you will troubleshoot complex software and web application deployment issues, investigate and (when possible) reproduce customer problems, suggest workarounds, and work closely with the Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Technical Account Management teams to resolve customer challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond directly to customer and partner questions received via the phone, email and support portal in a timely and friendly manner
  • Thoroughly document customer issues, requests, and product defects in appropriate tracking systems
  • Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of customers' technical support issues, by priority
  • Assist in the deployment of the Prevoty solution for designated customers
  • Assist with support escalations
  • Be available, periodically, to assist when contacted by premium support customers for resolution of critical severity issues impacting customer operation outside normal business hours
  • Advocate on behalf of customers
  • Help develop and improve best practices for implementing and supporting Prevoty products in both internal and customer-facing Knowledge Bases
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of all Prevoty products and services
  • Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Prevoty Product Management based on customer requirements
  • Mentor new team members
  • Collaborate with broader team to find ways to improve customer experiences and Prevoty products
  • Travel domestically and internationally, minimally but as appropriate, to assist customers / attend conferences

Qualifications

  • Strong software troubleshooting skills are a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English, are a must
  • Ability to work independently to find customer solutions is required
  • In-depth understanding of the people, processes and technologies used in the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of enterprise webs sites / services is required
  • Familiarity with various software development methodologies and concepts (e.g Agile, DevOps) is required
  • Hands-on experience with web application servers (e.g. WebSphere, JBOSS, tomcat, IIS, etc.) is required
  • Operational knowledge of Log Manager / SIEM tools (e.g. Splunk, ELK, Qradar, etc.) is required
  • Practical understanding of system administration (Windows, & Linux) is required
  • Programming Experience (e.g. Java, C#, etc.) is required
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Chef, etc.) is desired
  • Some working knowledge of automated testing tools (Functional, Performance, Security) is desired
  • Some experience with APM tools (e.g. New Relic, App Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage
  • Application Security experience is an advantage

AppSec Product Manager

Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of product life cycle including product market strategy, roadmap, Product Requirement Document (PRD) and delivery/positioning to customers. It is both a customer-facing and R&D-facing role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and develop product market strategy based on market, customer and technology requirements. (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Create Market and Product Requirement Documents as part of owning the overall

Sales Development Representative

Prevoty is currently seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative. This position is an integral part of the sales and marketing Lead-to-Revenue machine and initiates the relationship between the company and prospects. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including
prospect lists, discovery, followup up on inbound and event leads as well as individual research.

This role will be reporting into the chief marketing officer and work closely and collaboratively with the sales organization on achieving target revenue goals and sales qualified leads. This is a critical role in feeding top of the pipeline opportunities to
the direct sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified sales lead objectives and quotas.
  • Follow up promptly and diligently on leads and inquiries, delivering a positive prospect experience throughout the process
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Perform thorough qualification assessment and identify prospects pain points to determine how Prevoty’s technologies can address those needs
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns
  • Actively participate in trade show/event planning to secure attendees and maximize prospect meetings for the team
  • Maintain diligent tracking of activities and tasks in company CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
  • Conduct prospect research to expand prospect list using DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn and other methods

  • 1-2 years of sales, marketing or business development experience is required

As a TAM you will be the primary technical point of contact supporting our most important customers; assisting with deployments, working on issues and incident tickets, as well as providing technical account management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of customers' technical support issues
  • Manage implementation projects, where you will plan, schedule and assist in the deployment of the Prevoty solution for designated customers
  • Assist with support escalations from named accounts
  • Be available, periodically, to assist when contacted by premium support customers for resolution of critical severity issues impacting customer operation outside normal business hours
  • Create and facilitate communication channel between the premium customer and the product team at Prevoty
  • Provide periodic product training to designated customers
  • Proactively develop and deliver notifications of product updates to Premium Support customers
  • Proactively monitor Prevoty deployments at customer sites and make on-going recommendations to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Manage secure remote access to customer networks if / as appropriate
  • Help develop and improve best practices for implementing and supporting Prevoty products in both internal and customer-facing Knowledge Bases
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of all Prevoty products and services
  • Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Prevoty Product Management based on customer requirements
  • Travel domestically and internationally, when appropriate, to support premium customers
