Product Manager, AppSec

Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of product life cycle including product market strategy, roadmap, Product Requirement Document (PRD) and delivery/positioning to customers. It is both a customer-facing and R&D-facing role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and develop product market strategy based on market, customer and technology requirements. (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Create Market and Product Requirement Documents as part of owning the overall
  • Product roadmap, including feature prioritization, ROI and feature specifications.
  • Interface with R&D to specify, develop and deliver features in an agile release process.
  • Define process, product packaging, pricing and Go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and own all aspects of sales enablement process including training, competitive analysis by working closely with
  • Sales and Marketing.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Technical and Business skills with breadth and depth of Security Industry overall and specifically application security.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in a SaaS, Security, IT or Enterprise space.
  • Familiarity with specific areas of Application Security – SAST, DAST, RASP, XSS, SQLi, WAF, NG Firewall, or JAVA, .NET
  • Software Environments is a plus
  • Soft-skills like thought leadership, communication/presentations, teamwork, flexibility and self-motivation are required.
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus.
  • BS/BA Engineering/Computer Science and/or MBA desired

Sales Development Representative

Prevoty is currently seeking an energetic Sales Development
Representative. This position is an integral part of the sales and marketing
Lead-to-Revenue machine and initiates the relationship between the company and
prospects. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to
identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including
prospect lists, discovery, followup up on inbound and event leads as well as
individual research.

This role will be reporting into the chief marketing officer
and work closely and collaboratively with the sales organization on achieving
target revenue goals and sales qualified leads. 
This is a critical role in feeding top of the pipeline opportunities to
the direct sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified sales lead objectives and quotas.
  • Follow up promptly and diligently on leads and inquiries, delivering a positive prospect experience throughout the process
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Perform thorough qualification assessment and identify prospects pain points to determine how Prevoty’s technologies can address those needs
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing activities against targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns
  • Actively participate in trade show/event planning to secure attendees and maximize prospect meetings for the team
  • Maintain diligent tracking of activities and tasks in company CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot)
  • Conduct prospect research to expand prospect list using DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn and other methods

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of sales, marketing or business development experience is required
  • 1+ Years of enterprise security software sales experience preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A hunter personality with a drive to reach executive decision makers and cultivate long term relationships
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus.
